About AYF
Our History
Austintown Youth Football and Cheer is Austintown's premier K-6 youth sports organization. Rebranded in 2021 as Austintown Youth Football and Cheer, our program combines the rich traditions of the Austintown Little Falcons and the Austintown Colts together to #FEEDTHENEST for Austintown Fitch High School.
We are a competitive football and cheer organization that strives to compete at the highest level while teaching our young athletes the fundamentals of football and cheerleading. Along with the support of the Austintown community and school district, we look forward to the bright futures of all of our FALCON ATHLETES!
Our Training Philosophy
We believe in a unique approach to athletic training that focuses on both physical and mental development. Our training programs are designed to help athletes build strength, endurance, and agility, as well as to develop the mental toughness they need to succeed on and off the field.
Competition and sideline Cheer
Our experienced cheerleading coaching staff is committed to keeping the rich traditions of Austintown Cheer alive and strong. Each season our squads compete in the EOYFL Cheer Competition Championship. In 2024, our Varsity and JV squads took first place and our Bantam squad took second!
